Agreement
These terms apply to the use of the Mutauro Weshona website and to lessons, reading club sessions, activity booklets and digital resources supplied by Mutauro Weshona.
Our services
We provide online Shona language tuition, including one-to-one lessons, group lessons, a reading club, digital activity booklets and downloadable learning material. Lesson content, length and level are agreed with the learner or the parent before teaching begins.
Bookings and scheduling
Lessons are booked in advance for agreed days and times. If you need to move a session, tell us as early as possible and we will rearrange it where the tutor's schedule allows. Repeated late cancellations may result in the session being treated as delivered.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before lessons begin and depend on the programme and the number of sessions. Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Access to digital resources begins once payment is received.
Digital resources
E-books, booklets and learning guides are licensed for personal use by the purchasing learner or family. They may not be resold, published or distributed to other people or institutions.
Learner conduct
We ask learners to join lessons on time, treat tutors and other learners with respect and take part in the session. We may end a session where behaviour prevents teaching from continuing.
Website content
Text, photographs, graphics and lesson material on this site belong to Mutauro Weshona unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the website and lessons available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical problems on either side may require a session to be rescheduled.
Limitation of liability
We deliver teaching with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or from an interruption to lessons outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
